The information note is provided only for this website and not for other websites that may be consulted by the user via links (for which you should refer to the respective privacy policies).
The Website may contain social network plug-ins. 2. Categories of data subject to processing
The personal data processed through the Website are the following:
- Information collected automatically: information regarding the use and navigation of the user on our Website, such as the user's IP address and other device identifiers, the operating system, the type of browser, and information regarding the pages of the Website visited, collected through cookies or other tracking technologies.
- Personal data of the user: personal data (such as name and surname, shipping address and invoicing address, payment data, email address, telephone number and other personal data) provided by the user by filling in the forms on the Website.
- Data provided voluntarily by the user: personal data that may be contained in communications sent by the user to forward any type of request and/or communication.
- Third-party data: we may find ourselves processing personal data of third parties communicated directly by our users to Reda Industries S.r.l., for example in the case in which the user has purchased a product to be delivered to a friend or when the person paying the price for purchasing the product differs from the person for whom the product is intended, or even when the user informs a friend of a service or of a sales offer for a particular product. For these instances, the user is responsible for obtaining the consent of the person to whom the data refer before communicating them to Reda Industries S.r.l. and for informing them about this Privacy Policy, as the user will be the only person responsible for communicating information and data relating to third parties without these having expressed their consent or for their possible incorrect or unlawful use. We inform you that the consent of these people is not necessary when the data of this person is communicated to Reda Industries S.r.l. for concluding the contract with the user, in favour of the third party

4. Purpose of the Processing and legal basis
Your personal data are collected and processed by Reda Industries S.r.l. for purposes strictly connected to use of the website, its services (which also include marketing activities) and the purchase of products.
Purpose of the processing
The data provided are processed for the following purposes:
- management and processing of purchase orders for the products and/or services offered and related activities (“Pre-contractual and Contractual Purposes”);
- management of payments, including anti-fraud control in the case of payment by credit/debit card (“Pre-contractual and Contractual Purposes”);
- management of requests of a commercial nature or on the progress of orders and requests for information in a broad sense (“Pre-contractual and Contractual Purposes”);
- for contacting the representatives of our services (Press Office, Business Development, Web Marketing, Purchasing Office, Customer Service) (“Pre-contractual and Contractual Purposes”);
- to book appointments at the Atelier or join the Loyalty Program (Pre-contractual and Contractual Purposes);
- to fulfil legal and regulatory obligations (“Legal Purposes”);
- to prevent or discover fraudulent activities or abuses which harm the Website or, to allow Reda Industries S.r.l. to exercise its rights (such as the right to defence in court) (“Purposes related to the Legitimate Interest of the Data Controller”);
- subject to express and specific consent, for marketing, analysis and profiling activities (“Marketing and Profiling Purposes”), such as:
- sending newsletters with informative or promotional content via email;
- information and/or commercial promotion via post (or flyer) and telephone or via electronic communications such as email, SMS messages and other automated systems available for the purpose, aimed at making new products known and at improving the services offered;
- market research and surveys on the quality of services and customer satisfaction, including by using specialised companies, with the aim of improving the offer of products and services;
- profiling aimed at analysing the needs, tastes, choices and consumer habits, including through electronic processing, to provide communications on products or services in line with users’ preferences and interests;
- analysis of aggregated data of user behaviour or analysis of user behaviour on the website.
Legal basis
The legal basis for processing for Pre-contractual and Contractual Purposes is that provided for in art. 6, paragraph 1, letter b), Reg. EU 2016/679.

For the aforementioned processing purposes, the provision of your data is necessary in order to perform the contractual relationship and other related activities. Should this not be provided, it will therefore not be possible to carry out the activities required for the conclusion and performance of the contract, or, again, to correctly fulfil legal and regulatory obligations.
Data processing for Marketing and Profiling Purposes is optional and subject to your prior consent, pursuant to art. 6, paragraph 1, letter a), Reg. EU 2016/679, which may be revoked in any case.
To stop receiving the newsletter, simply click on the appropriate “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of each communication (you may receive further communications from us even after submitting the unsubscribe request, as some mailings may have already been planned and our systems may take some time to process the unsubscribe request).

Depending on the case and, if necessary, you will be informed from time to time of the mandatory or optional nature of providing your personal data to the Data Controller. We will highlight the mandatory or optional nature of the communication of your data, through a notice (“fill in this field”) or a specific character (*) for the mandatory information or for only the data necessary for providing the services and for purchasing products on the Website. 5. Transfer of data outside the EU
Your personal data will not be transferred abroad to countries other than those belonging to the European Union, which do not ensure adequate levels of protection for individuals. 6. To whom we communicate personal data
For exclusively organisational and functional needs and for purposes strictly connected and related to the provision of our services (including the sale of products), your personal data may be made available to third-party companies, contractually connected to the Data Controller, who perform specific services, as Data Processors (for example, shippers or companies that perform marketing activities or provide marketing services). These parties, in their capacity as Data Processors, will process your personal data exclusively on behalf of Reda Industries S.r.l. and exclusively for the purposes indicated in this Privacy Policy and, in any case, in compliance with the limits of the law and of any consents provided by you.

Your personal data will not be communicated, sold or transferred to third parties for purposes not permitted by law or without your express consent. In addition to the companies that act as data processors, personal data are also made available to third parties (independent data controllers) who process the data independently solely to perform the purchase contract for products on the Website and for ancillary purposes that are related to providing the services requested by the user (for example, for transactions relating to purchases, the banking company for carrying out remote electronic payment services, by credit/debit card).
By way of example and not limited to, below are some of the third parties with whom we work closely and who could be the recipients of the user's personal data:
- commercial partners of social media platforms;
- providers of delivery services for purchased products or of payment management;
- providers of IT services or solutions to support internal customer care or marketing (e.g. for the “Live chat” service).
Finally, personal data may be known and processed by employees/collaborators of Reda Industries S.r.l. or of the Reda Group who are specifically trained and appointed as Data Processors.
Your data will not be disclosed. In any case, without prejudice to the communication or disclosure of data requested, in accordance with the law, by police forces, judicial authorities, information and security bodies or other public entities for purposes of state defence or security or for the prevention, detection or repression of crimes.
7. Data retention period
Your personal data are processed for the time strictly necessary to achieve the goals and purposes listed above.
The criteria used to determine the retention period are established by:
- specific laws, which regulate the activity of Reda Industries S.r.l.;
- the period of permanence as a user registered for the newsletter (for marketing), in the absence of a voluntary unsubscribe request;
- tax legislation regarding processing administrative-accounting data (10 years); in particular, for financial data (e.g. payments, refunds, etc.) the retention period required by the applicable tax and accounting laws is applied.
With reference to data collected for commercial purposes, however, the details of purchases relating to identifiable users are retained for 2 years (from the date of acquisition of such information) for the purpose of sending targeted commercial communications (profiling) and for 4 years for the purpose of carrying out direct marketing.
Finally, the customer's personal data may also be retained up to the time permitted by Italian law to protect the legitimate interests of the Data Controller company (art. 2947, paragraphs 1 and 3 of the Italian Civil Code).
8. Processing based on automated decisions and profiling

In any case, if you sign up for one of our services (e.g. in the “register” section of the website) through social media authentication methods (e.g. Facebook) or Google, Reda Industries S.r.l. may access certain personal data (e.g. name, surname, email, etc.) present in the social media account or user profile according to the terms of use applicable by such platforms. We may also collect some of your personal data when you interact with third-party social media features, such as “Likes”.
Except for the cases indicated above and relating to profiling user behaviour on the website and to analysing tastes and consumer habits, Reda Industries S.r.l. does not carry out other automated personal data processing that may produce decision-making effects that could affect the legal sphere of the user.
9. Minors
This Website and its services are not intended for minors under 18 years of age and the Data Controller does not intentionally collect personal information relating to minors. Should information on minors inadvertently be recorded, the Data Controller will delete it promptly, including at the request of the users themselves.
10. Rights of the data subject
The current legislation on the protection of personal data recognises your right to access, rectify, transfer and delete your data. The user also has the right to object and the right to limit the processing of his/her data.

Data subjects also have the right to obtain:
- the update, rectification or, when they have an interest, integration of the data;

- the portability of the data to another controller;

- the revocation of any consent given, where applicable (we specify that the revocation of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation);

The right to object to personal data being processed for marketing purposes can be exercised both towards the so-called automated contact methods (e.g. email, SMS, WhatsApp or other social media, etc.), and towards the traditional methods (paper mail and telephone); this right may be exercised in whole or in part (e.g. only for communications via post or telephone or by objecting only to sending promotional communications via automated tools such as email, text messages), even independently through the specific services made available to the user (e.g. by deselecting the newsletter checkbox in the reserved area).
To modify the consents related to data management, users can login in their customers account.
The data subject who believes that the personal data relating to him/her is processed in violation of the provisions of the applicable legislation also has the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor (in Italy: Italian Data Protection Authority), as provided for by art. 77 of EU Regulation 2016/679, or to take appropriate legal action (art. 79 EU Regulation 2016/679).
The data subject who believes that the personal data relating to him/her is processed in violation of the provisions of the applicable legislation also has the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor (in Italy: Italian Data Protection Authority), as provided for by art. 77 of EU Regulation 2016/679, or to take appropriate legal action (art. 79 EU Regulation 2016/679).
These rights may be exercised by the data subject with a request addressed without formalities to the Data Controller to which an appropriate response is provided without delay.
